Watercolors, animals and our beautiful planet

From scribbling on paper as a child, painting, sewing, building and molding as a teenager and then later graduating from Parsons School of Design in New York, I ended up back in Oslo in 2009 working as a digital designer. My pencils and watercolors soon became a relief from commercial design and commissioned work.

Through the last ten years my work has slowly revolved more and more around nature and animals. My anxiety and worry for this planet and the way we threat it has further defined my work.

I hope my pieces can act as an reminder of the creatures that might soon be gone, but most of all I want to display the strength, toughness and energy these powerful beings inhabit.
